Founded in 1992, CITI (Celibacy Is the Issue) Ministries is a lay
organization that locates, recruits, certifies and promotes married
Roman Catholic priests to fill the spiritual needs of the faithful. 21
Canons validate the ministry of married priests.
Jesus never turned anyone away. Married priests offer that tradition

At a family reunion in Philadelphia in the spring of 2003, my cousin Keiran formed me of his upcoming wedding. He told me the ceremony was scheduled for early October, then asked me to officiate. Never having to guess what's on his mind has always been one of Kieran's most endearing qualities.
